Ooni ovens are designed to heat up quickly, reaching temperatures of up to 950°F (500°C) in just 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the model and fuel source.
What is the standard shipping timeframe for new orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US, and you will receive a tracking number once your oven leaves our warehouse.
Can I return my oven if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 60-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is in its original packaging.
What kind of fuel can I use with Ooni ovens?
